The Translation, Minutes and Council Support (TMC) section is part of the Stakeholders relations sector. It comprises three teams, namely:

• the Council Secretariat which organises the meetings of the CERN Council and its subordinate and advisory bodies, gives administrative support to the Council President and the Chairs of the various committees, and coordinates the preparation and distribution of Council and committee documents;
• the French team, which is responsible for editing official documents in French, translating them from English into French and writing the minutes of official meetings in French;
• the English team, which is responsible for editing official documents in English, translating them from French into English and writing the minutes of official meetings in English.
